TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMISSIONING ART FROM ME MEANS YOU AGREE TO THE T.O.S.50% of payment must be given upfront, and the other 50% given after a sketch is approved. You can also pay full upfront if you want to. Paying after the artwork is done is not an option, nor is negotiable. I will not start working until at least 50% is paid upfront.!!!!! Reuploading a commission is fine by me (with proper credit given), but my art should only be used for nonprofit and noncommercial purposes. No need to ask if you can upload a commission that I did for you, but please give proper credit.DOs:

If there is a specific timeframe that the commissions needs to be completed in, please let me know beforehand or refer to the estimated time of completion found under each type of commission.I will not proceed without customer approval of certain stages. This means that the time it takes to complete your commission will partly rely on your response time, so if there is a deadline, please keep this in mind. You will not be rushed, but your commission may take longer to complete.REFUNDS:
If I am unable to complete a commission, no matter what stage I am at, a full refund will be given. You can also keep any sketches/parts of the drawing that I did end up doing. Other than that, please be sure that you want to commission me because refunds will not be given unless I did not start on your commission at all. If you cancel a commission after a sketch is drawn, no refund will be given as I am being paid to draw that sketch.I have a right to post completed commissions on my social media with my watermark and credit given to the rightful owner of the character. Please DM if you have an issue with this, and/or if you'd like to remain anonymous in the post.NOTE: after a commission is finished, I do not save the .sai file, meaning no edits/revisions will be made at all.
